The standard behind every match
You're trusting someone in your home. Here is exactly what we require of the professionals in our network — no vague "trusted pros" hand-waving.
What every pro is held to
Identity, confirmed
Every pro is a real, identifiable person with a verified name and contact details — no anonymous handles taking your job.
Right credentials for the work
Regulated work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) is only routed to pros who hold the credentials that type of job requires in Wisconsin.
Insurance where it matters
For work that calls for it, we require proof of appropriate insurance before a pro takes the job.
Background standards
Pros agree to our conduct standards, and we screen for the trades and situations that warrant it before matching.
Ongoing quality, not one-and-done
We track how jobs go and keep matching to the pros who consistently do right by customers. Fall below the bar and you're out of the network.
We describe our program honestly. As we roll out formal verification badges, we'll only mark a pro as verified once that check is genuinely complete — never as a blanket claim.
What we stand behind
We stay your single point of contact from first message to finished job — if anything's off, you have one place to make it right.
We're formalizing written guarantees as we grow. Until each one is genuinely in force, we won't print it on the wall — but accountability through a single point of contact applies from day one.
Why a network, not a directory
You don't have to vet anyone
No cold-calling strangers off a directory and hoping. We've already done the screening and matching.
One accountable relationship
If a job needs a different trade next month, you come back to us — not back to square one.
Local pros who want to stay
Pros earn more repeat work by doing right by you. The incentives point the same direction as your interests.
