What do you do with everything down there?
You tell us what stays and what goes. We clear and haul the rest. Sorting your belongings is your call, not ours.
Is this the same as finishing my basement?
No. This is cleanout, floor and paint work to make an unfinished basement usable. Framing, insulating and drywalling a basement into living space is a bigger job than this.
Can you do the stairs at the same time?
Yes, and it's usually the right time to do it. There's a before-and-after of a repainted stairwell on our work page.
